Job Title: Peak Coordinator, Oak Ridge
Reports To: Campus Pastor, Oak Ridge
Led by: Peak Director, Oak Ridge
Position Status: Part-Time (15 hours per week)
Overview: The Peak Coordinator is responsible for partnering with and assisting the Oak Ridge Peak Director.
Responsibilities:
- Assists in coordinating curriculum for services.
- Organizes and prepares weekly curriculum (prints and needed materials)
- Assembles service bins that will contain curriculum materials prior to services.
- Disassemble service bins to prepare them for the following week’s services.
- Assists on Sundays with room volunteers as needed.
- Assists with social media, Instagram & Facebook group page, coordinating with Kernersville Team.
- Assists in organizing volunteer appreciation where applicable. Works alongside the Director to ensure this happens every quarter for all volunteers.
- Assists Director in purchasing materials (as needed) throughout the fiscal year.
- Helps to prepare weekly storytellers for Peak Large Group
- Attends monthly Oak Ridge staff meetings, as schedule allows
- Attend monthly All Staff meetings, as schedule allows
- Completes Goals and Targets for regular review with Director
- Perform other duties as assigned.
