Summerfield Farms will be hosting The Peak for a fall family event! We are so excited to get out to the farm and spend the morning getting to know other Peak families. Register to join us for a light breakfast, mini animals, a tractor ride, and so much more!

We have the privilege of serving families who have children with special needs and we are growing! You can make a difference in the lives of these families by giving them a consistent connection, and a place where they can get to know the love of Jesus.
